In Ramsau am Dachstein we offer you a cosy selection of rooms for your stay. We have seven comfortable double rooms equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, balcony (north, south or west side) and satellite TV.
For families we have a spacious family room. It has two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and a children's room with bunk bed. The family room offers two showers/WCs, hairdryer, two satellite TVs and a balcony. Here you will find enough space for you and your family and can retreat comfortably after an eventful day.

Allergies
We are happy to cook gluten-free and lactose-free dishes for you. Please let us know when booking if you have an allergy or intolerance. We do not cook vegan.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your room is available from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, until 11:00 am. If you arrive after 5:00 pm, please let us know by phone. In the event of early departure or late arrival, 90% of the travel price will be charged.
Deposit
To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of EUR 100 per room. You can pay the remaining amount either on site or by bank transfer before your arrival.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on request. However, we ask you not to take your four-legged friend into the dining room at mealtimes. We charge EUR 10 per day for the extra cleaning.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire guesthouse.
Parking
There is plenty of free parking.
Smoking
You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Smoking is not permitted inside the guesthouse.
Cancellation policy
Up to 4 weeks before arrival ~ free of charge
From 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival ~ 70% of the booked travel price
Within 7 days of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure ~ 90% of the booked travel price
+ Bad weather is not a reason for cancellation :) We recommend taking out travel insurance, e.g. with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing! The 14-day right of withdrawal under the distance selling law does not apply here.
Payment method
You can pay in cash, by bank transfer in advance or by debit card (EC card).
